Orange County National Golf Course & Lodge is a beautiful public facility ranked by Golf World magazine as No. 1 in the state of Florida and No. 2 in the country. Orange County was selected as the final stage for PGA Tour Qualifying School in 2010. Located in Winter Garden, just a few minutes from Disney World, the 45-hole facility meanders through 922 acres of gently rolling terrain and is pure golf – no housing. It features two championship courses and a nine-hole course to sharpen your iron game.
Hot Stix Golf opened for business at Orange County National in February 2010, and the facility has quickly become one of the best in the country. It has the largest driving range and practice area in America, several golf schools, and caters to players of all abilities. With outstanding weather most of the year, this would be a great place to test your woods and irons with Hot Stix Golf’s unparalleled technology and advanced research and development, and put the results to the test on three memorable courses.

Chris Marsh
Master Fitter |
This Tucson, Arizona resident loves University of Arizona sports teams and even lists Phil Mickelson – who attended rival Arizona State – as his favorite golfer. His top movie is Dumb and Dumber and his hidden talent is making breakfast.
His best memories in golf are of playing with his friends and his low competitive round is 72. Not bad for a guy who is so busy fitting customers, he only plays once or twice a year. Needless to say, Chris enjoys his work. “The aha moment,” he says, when asked about his best experience. “It’s the one single thing that the client sees, feels and recognizes as the game changer. Can be as simple as a lie angle adjustment to the proper driver loft or shaft flex.” |

Peter Schiller
Certified Fitter |
Peter grew up in Rochester, New York and is a big fan of the Buffalo Sabres and the Syracuse University basketball team. His favorite movie is “Miracle,” and he likes listening to Journey, Bon Jovi and Big & Rich on his IPOD. He once wore a Halloween costume of Jack Nicklaus – complete with a Green Jacket – and says his best memories in golf were family vacations with his dad and grandfather.
Peter loves his work. So much so, that some people don’t enjoy watching golf with him because he always analyzes their equipment. His philosophy about club fitting is simple: “Any time you can make a big difference in someone’s game with the right equipment, it’s a great experience.” |
